The Economic Services Division of the National Cotton Council (NCC) – CCI's parent organization – and CCI staff regularly prepare presentations on a variety of economic and market related topics of interest to the world's textile community. Abstracts, links and/or full copies of these presentations will be made available throughout the year as appropriate. Beltwide Cotton Conferences Reports:
Coordinated by the NCC and its cooperating partners, this annual forum is recognized as the global champion for cotton technology transfer. Three days of individual reports, panel discussions, hands-on workshops and seminars are designed to enlighten industry members about the latest research developments and their practical applications in cotton production and processing.

NCC Vice President of Economics & Policy Analysis Gary Adams said maintaining mill demand at current prices is critical, and manmade fibers will continue to pose serious competition for U.S. cotton, further emphasizing the importance of the promotion efforts of Cotton Incorporated and Cotton Council International.
